Description of CNC machine
The CNC machine adopts special lathe control system, using high-precision ball screw direct drived by all-digital AC servo motor.
The CNC system can realize X and Z direction linkage, reversing of the spindle, spindle start & stop of the spindle, etc., and can choose a combination of row knife multi-station tool changer, which can be used for many varieties of complex parts machining. Programming of CNC machine uses ISO international standard G, M code format.

Characteristics of CNC machine
(1) Digital AC servo drive, good control performance, simple maintenance. CNC system is reliable, easy to operate, powerful, fast response, rich interface with self-diagnostic function.
(2) The CNC machine uses liner guideway with characteristics of fast positioning speed, precision positionsing, good rigity, small rolling friction, long operating lift and high precision etc.
(3) Ball screw uese direct connection of flexible coupling and AC servo motor, screw uses imported bearing with pre-stretched before delivery to ensure the feed system without gaps, rigidity, accuracy and stability work.
(4) Auto control of feeding and cutting process, trays of CNC machine will automatically turn as lack of material, expected after full induction, trays delay period is automatically stopped, the program can be modified by changing the delay time, fully automatic function.
(5) Main movement: variable speed for spindle drive, the belt directly to the spindle. Spindle belt round grating encoder can be achieved through synchronous rotation with the spindle.
(6) Feed movement: X and Z direction are drived by full digital AC servo motor. X to the feed movement directly driven ball screw driven by a small carriage by Vice couplings, enabling X to feed movement. Z to feed movement led directly driven ball screw deputy big carriage through the coupling to achieve Z to feed movement.
